About Scott

Scott Moriarity is a Tacoma traffic and infraction attorney and the owner of Law Office of Scott Moriarity. He is exceptionally well qualified infraction and traffic attorney able to provide strong and effective representation to clients facing a wide range of driving offenses.

Scott has been a criminal defense traffic attorney in Tacoma since 1999. He has dedicated his entire career to fighting for people facing driving charges and infractions. As a result, Scott knows what it takes to effectively defend his clients against the all tickets and charges.  Scott has the experience and knowledge to guide his clients through the entire process.

Scott has been successfully defending clients since his days in Law School.  As a law student at the University of Washington, Scott volunteered at the public defender’s office and won his first jury trial while still in law school.  After graduating from the University of Washington School of Law, Scott joined the law firm of Bauer and Balerud as an associate attorney in 1999.  Scott’s legal abilities and dedication to his clients led to him being made partner at Bauer and Balerud in 2005.  Scott established the Law Office of Scott Moriarity in 2007.
